Tasty and rich; it’s restorative, but it sits heavily on the stomach.

Despite shaking it a lot, there are still plenty of lumps. It tastes fine and is quite filling. I get the feeling it does help with recovery. Unfortunately, I’ve had serious stomach problems twice – from bloating to actual pain.
